What makes me different as an editor is that, unlike a big, corporate, anonymous company, I am a writer, too! I know we can't always afford editor rates, so I work affordably, with you, to respect your vision. I am dedicated to forging your craft, and I will read and remark thoroughly,
I've spent two decades in the writing business, working with literary agents, publishing houses, and literary magazines. Now, I help writers strengthen their manuscripts and bring their drafts to the best form. I especially love with literary prose, historical fiction, and emotionally layered work, but have edited everything from poetry collections to motivational non-fiction to sci fi.
I write poetry and character-driven historical fiction with mysteries that unfold, layer by layer, throughout the tales. My fiction is represented by The Linda Chester Literary Agency.
